I liked this travertine tile sample , except I wanted one just a little deeper tone of golden brown. Joseph sent me a link to some that were closer in color to what I was looking for. They came in a group configuration instead of in a 12 x 12 tile. So I am still looking. Good customer service!!

I received the product yesterday and it arrived in good order however the colour of the product I received doesn’t match the colour provided in the above image. What was delivered is almost white / cream while the image shows a brown beige colour. I have purchased many hundreds of square feet of travertine over the years and understand colour variance but this difference doesn’t fall into the category of colour variance. It is a completely different colour. Not sure where things got mixed up and it is too difficult to exchange what arrived for the correct colour. We will have to make do with what we received and figure out a way to transition from this tile to a brown mosaic pattern also received in the same shipment. The quality of the product is excellent however and it was easy to work with build direct for ordering and shipping.

The samples were good, we agreed on the travertine tiles and the product was shipped. I received today 33 cases one at top 370sq feet, the box at top was the first I open, wow impressive better looking than the sample when you see the whole tile, I proceeded and open other boxes and I'm so happy. I can't wait to see them lay out, love the looks, color and variations with my white cabinets and granite counter tops. This is my 3rd purchase From BuildDirect and I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of their products. I hired my neighbor a Contractor to change my Floors. I gave him a sample of the Kesir tile I received from BuildDirect and he could not beat the Price or the quality. He said these were better quality travertine tiles than the tiles in his home which were more porous and broke easily. I experienced minimum breakage when installing the tiles. I have absolutely no complaints. I absolutely love my Travertine tile floor.
