We actually purchased this flooring some time ago for our bathroom and just now realized we are short one box. We didn't want to re-purchase from the same home store bc not only was it more expensive, but the shipping was just hideous. Plank ends were broken, boxes left out in the rain and got destroyed, etc. BuildDirect was less expensive, but bc we only needed one box, we didn't qualify for free shipping. But shipping was super fast and well handled. We will absolutely purchase again.

We used the brown French sawn oak in our kitchen, dr, lr, hall, and hall bath. It was a bit of a pain in the a$$ to install bc the planks were so long and did not want to slide down. ABSOLUTELY need at least 2 people to install. We installed March 2022, so it's been in a year now. Some seams have shifted slightly, but nothing is coming apart...just not quite as tight as before. But it's gorgeous, no scratches when my very large sons push their chairs back from the table. So easy to vacuum and mop. Would 100% choose this again. Just wish it had gone together easier and the seams were tighter on places. Overall, recommended highly. Even my plants on the floor can accidentally overflow and I can just wipe it up and keep going. So happy!!

Totally happy with this. Make sure you do not over tap or over pull it when installing the first rows so it doesn't move around or flex too much on you. Once you get the hang of it, it moves pretty fast. Get carbide jigsaw blades and a 13" laminate cutter and have at it.

The product was very good. The samples came in two days which I thought was very fast. It also was a very accurate example of the finished product. Upon shipment, some of the boxes were slightly damaged. Most of the planks could still be used in some form however. There was one box of planks that did not appear to be damaged but they were bent, as though the box had been crushed but not torn, during shipping. Some of the planks had slight damage to the locking edge, which made it a little harder to fit the pieces together tightly. All in all, we love the vinyl plank flooring and would absolutely purchase from Build Direct again.
